Chocolate Easy Cake
Flour, general purpose, 2 pounds 4 ounces
Sugar, granulated, 2 pounds 6 ounces
Cocoa, 5 ounces
Baking soda, 1 ounce
Salt, 1/2 ounce
Sift together all dry ingredients and place in mixing bowl
Salad oil, 2 cups
Vinegar, 1/4 cup
Vanilla, 1-1/2 Tablespoons
Combine liquids to dry ingredients. Mix at low speed for 2 minutes. SCRAPE DOWN
BOWL
Water, 5 cups
Gradually add water while mixing at low speed. Mix 1 minute. Scrape down bowl
Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes or until ingredients are well blended
Pour about 1 quart 3 cups of batter into each greased and lined sheet pan
Bake about 35 minutes or until done at 350 degrees
