Baking Powder Biscuits
Flour, general purpose 3 pounds
Milk, Non-fat Dry, 3-1/4 ounce
Baking power, 3 ounce
Salt, 3/4 ounce
Blend all dry ingredients together
Shortening, 6 ounces
Blend shortening at low speed into dry ingredients
Water, 3-3/4 cups
Add water; mix at low speed only enough to form a soft dough
Rough dough out to 1/2-inch thick
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
