Spring Break BBQ 2008

I want to thank Mike Bradshaw of Food Supply  & Charlie Davis of Todd’s produce for their generous donations.  I also want to give a special thanks to Chef Ravin Bissoondutt, Chef Ricky Harris, and Chef Rick Spray for their Culinary expertise.  Another thanks goes to my student Ballin Kent for all the help he gave me. I cannot forget Pat Brilliant, Helena Ponsi, and Cindy Spray for their help with clean-up.  And of course, this party would not be a success without all of the support and help of my wife Dee.
